Michelle started at GeoLINK as a graduate engineer in 2005 after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Tasmania and moving to Ballina from the eastern shores of Hobart. Michelle stayed with us until 2014 when she thought some varied experience was necessary, but after three years of spreading her wings at Ardill Payne & Partners, Michelle flew home to her nest at GeoLINK. No matter what project she is working on, Michelle aims to create places for families of all kinds to live happy lives. She lives her own happy life in her self-designed recently-completed house in Teven with her environmental scientist husband, Sam, and their three feline fur-children. Outside of work, Michelle’s spends her time volunteering at the local cat adoption centre and is a strong advocate for responsible pet ownership, waste minimisation and equality.
